YOUR LITTLE SHELF, ON YOUR DEVICE
Privacy policy.
Piglet Pour is a cosy bottle-sorting puzzle. This policy explains what the game stores on your device, what optional rewarded ads and in-app purchases involve, what this website receives when you visit, and what happens when you contact support.
Effective September 19, 2026 · Current version
01. Principles for processing information
We handle information in a lawful, fair, and limited way. We collect or use only what is reasonably needed to operate Piglet Pour, provide this website, serve optional rewarded ads, process optional purchases, answer support requests, and protect those services.
The game does not require an account or sign-in. You can play its core levels offline. Optional features such as rewarded ads and purchases need a network connection and are never required to finish a level.
02. Information we may collect or process
Game data stored on your device
The app stores the information needed to continue your puzzle: completed levels and chapter progress, the current bottle layout of a level in progress, move and undo history, game coins, owned piggy outfits and equipped items, Daily Pour streak and reward claims, Piggy Rush results, tutorial progress, and your sound, haptic, and notification preferences. This information remains in the app’s local storage. It is not uploaded to Piglet Pour.
Optional rewarded ads
If you choose to watch a rewarded video to receive a hint or bonus coins, the advertising partner integrated in that version may process device or advertising identifiers, your IP address, and ad-interaction information in order to serve, cap, and measure the ad. That processing is governed by the partner’s own policy. We do not attach your local game records to advertising data.
Optional purchases
Optional purchases — such as an ad-free bundle, coin packs, or cosmetic piggy outfits — are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation that a purchase completed and which product it was, so that the item can be unlocked and restored. We do not receive your full card number or other payment credentials.
Website connection data
When you visit this website, the hosting service may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, requested page, time of the request, browser information, and security log details. This information is used to deliver the pages and protect the hosting service. Hosting providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.
Support email
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to attach. Please include only information needed for your request. An app version and device model can help us investigate a problem.
03. How we use information
We may use information to:
- keep Piglet Pour’s local game features working, including level progress, coins, and outfits;
- deliver and secure this website;
- serve an optional rewarded ad and grant the reward you asked for;
- verify, unlock, and restore an optional purchase;
- respond to support and privacy questions;
- investigate bugs or service problems described in a support message;
- meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, or security requirements.
We do not sell personal information. The game does not transmit gameplay events, level records, or local save files to us.
04. Third-party services
The game is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which handle installation, updates, and any purchase you choose to make. Those stores process information under their own terms and policies.
The current version does not include analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, social sign-in, or account SDKs. Rewarded ads, when offered, are served by the advertising partner integrated in the version you install. This website uses a hosting provider to serve its pages, and support email is delivered by our email provider. When you use the website, watch an ad, make a purchase, or send an email, those providers process connection or message information within their own services and policies.
App data may be included in Apple-managed or Google-managed device backups when your device settings allow it. Piglet Pour does not operate its own cloud-save service or cross-device account recovery.
05. Storage, retention, and protection
Local game progress
Game progress remains on your device until the app’s data is removed. Deleting the app removes its local game data; offloading may retain it. The app keeps a local backup of a previously valid save to help with recovery. Local storage and backups cannot guarantee that every action will always be recoverable.
Purchase and support records
Purchase confirmations are retained for as long as needed to provide the purchased item, handle restoration and refund requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to answer the request, troubleshoot the reported issue, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for the services we control. No device, network, storage system, or email transmission can guarantee complete protection.
07. Your choices and rights
You can play without creating an account. You choose whether to watch a rewarded ad, and you can remove ads from the game with the optional ad-free bundle. You can remove local game data by deleting the app, subject to copies in device backups that you manage through your device settings.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information you provided in a support message by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting. Purchases are managed through your App Store or Google Play account, where you can also request a refund.
Permissions and tracking
The current app does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. Where a version shows a tracking or personalised-ads prompt, you can decline and still play the game. You can also limit ad personalisation or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
08. Children’s privacy
Piglet Pour does not ask players to create a profile, provide personal information, or join public chat. Rewarded ads shown in the app are not knowingly targeted to children. If a child has sent personal information to support and a parent or guardian wants it reviewed or deleted, please contact us.
09. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, website, advertising or purchase features, or support practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with a material revision. A future feature that changes information practices will be described before it becomes available, together with any required choices or permissions.
