User agreement.

01. Scope of this agreement

This User Agreement applies to your access to and use of the Piglet Pour app, its game content, local features, updates, optional purchases, and support website. By downloading, launching, or using Piglet Pour, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

Nothing in this agreement removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you installed it from.

02. Game content and service

Piglet Pour is a casual mobile puzzle built around pouring coloured liquid between bottles until every colour is sorted. Current features include:

• a campaign of handcrafted levels across themed chapters;
• tap-to-lift and tap-to-pour controls, with unlimited undo and level restarts;
• Daily Pour, one fresh puzzle every 24 hours with streak rewards;
• Piggy Rush, a limited-move challenge mode;
• game coins earned through play, and cosmetic piggy outfits;
• offline play, with progress saved on the device.

The game does not require an account and its levels can be played offline. Optional rewarded ads and optional purchases need a network connection. Feature availability may vary in a later version if these terms and the related privacy information are updated.

03. User rules

When using Piglet Pour, you must comply with applicable laws and use the app for its intended entertainment purpose. You may not:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, or other tools to interfere with normal gameplay or rewards;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it;
• modify the app, its local data, or its content to create an unauthorised advantage;
• attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the website, app distribution, purchases, or related services;
• copy, redistribute, or present Piglet Pour content as your own.

Where permitted by law, we may restrict support or access to related services when conduct materially harms the app, website, or other users.

04. Game items, coins, and rewards

Game coins, hints, level rewards, Daily Pour streaks, and piggy outfits are features of Piglet Pour. They are stored for use within the game, are not transferable between players, and have no value outside the game.

Coins are earned through gameplay and daily activities and may be spent only on the items shown in the game. Where offered, watching an optional rewarded ad can grant a hint or bonus coins.

Local progress can be affected by deleting the app, losing a device, storage damage, or a failed save. The app keeps a local backup where possible, but uninterrupted storage and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

05. Optional purchases and ads

Piglet Pour can be played for free. Optional purchases — such as an ad-free bundle, coin packs, or cosmetic outfits — are offered inside the app and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you confirm, and the store’s own terms apply to the transaction.

Purchased content has no monetary value outside the game and, except where a store refund is granted, is generally non-refundable once delivered. Refund requests are handled by the app store you purchased through. If an item does not appear after purchase, contact support so we can help restore it.

Optional rewarded ads are never shown in the middle of a level. You choose whether to watch one, and the ad-free bundle removes them.

06. Intellectual property

Piglet Pour’s software, interface, text, illustrations, sounds, animations, data, designs, name, and branding belong to Piglet Pour Studio or the relevant rights holders. Except where applicable law permits it or we give written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, lease, sublicense, publicly perform, or create derivative works from this content.

You retain rights in information you choose to send to support. By sending a message or attachment, you give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to answer the request, investigate the reported issue, and protect the service.

07. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may adjust levels, game balance, modes, local features, or website content to maintain, improve, or secure the service. We may temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using Piglet Pour at any time. Deleting the app removes its local game data, subject to copies that may exist in your device backups.

08. Minors

If you are a minor, please review this agreement with a parent or legal guardian and use the app with their guidance. Guardians should supervise a minor’s device use, in-app purchases, and any support messages sent from their email account.

09. Availability and limitation of liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep Piglet Pour and this website available. Mobile devices, operating systems, storage, networks, email providers, hosting services, app stores, and events outside our control can affect availability or saved progress.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piglet Pour Studio is not responsible for indirect loss, delay, or data loss caused by your device, deleting the app, device backup settings, unsupported modifications, or third-party services. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Updates to this agreement

We may update this agreement when the game, website, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised agreement to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Governing law and contact

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Any dispute should first be addressed through friendly consultation. If consultation does not resolve it, either party may seek a remedy from a court with lawful jurisdiction.
